INFANTILE BRONCHIOLITIS

The bronchiolitis is an infection of viral origin, of acute instauration of the low air via that involves the smaller bronchi (named bronchioles). It affects with more frequency to children less than 2 years. For children who have bronchiolitis, which is a respiratory disease similar to the asthma, we can’t already think about the goodness of Astexpect, we are seeing the treatment of bronchiolitis in some cases.
The main cause of bronchiolitis is a virus, known as Respiratory Sincicial, which in adults and major children produces pictures as colds. Also there are other viruses able to produce bronchiolitis; these are the Parainfluenza, Rhinovirus, and Adenovirus (this last can occur in any time of the year unlike the rest that predominates in cold seasons); and generally it can unleash (the Adenovirus) a serious picture of Bronchiolitis called Obliterant Bronchiolitis.

The main symptoms of bronchiolitis are: cough, major respiratory frequency, difficulty to the alimentation, absence of sleep, sibilances, major respiratory work (accessory muscles of thorax), nasal flapping (here the effort for breathe is important, moving the perimeter of the nostrils), extended respiratory pauses or apneas (more common in premature baby).
