It’s the classical migraine. It’s a neurological disorder which involves repetitive headaches, sometimes accompanied by nauseas, vomitings and other symptoms. Another of the important symptoms is the visual alteration named aura that occurs before is started the migraine itself. The migraines with aura (headaches) generally, don’t represent a significant menace for general health. Symptoms of the migraine with aura
The principal symptom that notice a migraine is the presence of visual alterations (aura), that can be submitted in any moment in a period that goes from some minutes until 24 hours before the headache starts. The aura is a group of neurological symptoms generally visuals (brilliant points, sparkling lights or flashes, blurred vision) which used to precede the headache. The visual alterations are common in one or both eyes and it’s common that occur in any combination:
· Vision of lines in zigzag
· Vision of intermittent lights
· Other visual hallucinations
· Temporary blind spots
· Sensibility to the brilliant light
· Blurred vision
· Ocular Pain
Other symptoms which can precede or accompany to the migraine are:
· Lost of the appetite
· Nauseas
· Vomittings
· Shivers
· Increase of the urine
· Increase of the sweat
· Facial inflammation
· Irritability
· Fatigue
The headaches in the migraine with aura, are like internal blows which start in one side of the head and then it can be extended to the other side of the head. For many affected patients, the headache always starts in the same side and the majority describes a pain behind the eye or in the posterior part of the head and the neck.
The headache in the migraine with aura generally is started as a deaf pain which get worse progressively in minutes to hours until the point of disabling the patient in their daily tasks. This headache of the migraine with aura can last since hours to days, during which the patients are shown sensible to light or to the sound and frequently they wish to rest in a dark and silent room.

Situations that require medical assistance   
It’s necessary to go immediately to the physician if are presented any of the following symptoms:
· Disturbances of the speaking, vision, balance, movement, sensitivity and other neurological troubles, particularly if the person has NOT had these symptoms with previous headaches.
· Lost of knowledge
· Change in the pattern of the headache
· It’s the strongest headache that has been endured
· Headaches which becomes more intense when you sleep
· A headache that begins very abruptly
· When the treatments previously effective are no longer useful
· When are presented secondary effects of the medicaments, like irregular beatings, changes in the color of the skin (pale or blue), extreme sleep, persistent cough, depression, fatigue, nauseas, vomittings, diarrhea, constipation, pain or stomach colics, oral redryness, intense thirst, among other symptoms.
