Diet for the migraine
 

The frequent crisis of migraine maybe are due to the ingestion of some foods that are not tolerated by our organism. This intolerance doesn’t have why to be chronic, but it can be associated with other possible disorders that cause bad digestions or a major sensitivity to certain substances. In the case that the physician consider it timely, can be adopted some of these measurements:

- Decrease the general consume of the sugar.
- Some alimentary products can produce allergies and with it migraines. Drink juice of celery twice a day.
- The ginger also can prevent the migraines.
- It’s good to drink each morning the juice of half lemon with a little of water and honey (if there’s no contraindication). The measurement helps to regulate the blood pH and in some cases relieves the crisis of migraine.
- Magnesium, has a relaxing action, nervous and vascular that can be useful to reduce the spasm of the arteries of the head. It’s recommended to take between three times a day, 250 – 400 mg.
- Consume in your foods lentils, olives, cresses, parsley, garlic, cherry, fresh pineapple, almonds, capuli and seeds of cider.
- To some people it relieves it to take lecithin (a derivate of the soy).
- Reduce the consume of caffeine and analgesics.
