Diet for gastritis and ulcers
 

A) FAST:
Take the juice of potato with skin (not green potato) / juice of aloe Vera / Take infusions of camomile, fennel, accompanied by little drops of lemon / yogurt


B)  BREAKFAST:
Juice of papaya (include 5 seeds of papaya), also water of barley or linseed / a glass of milk skimmed and banana / Take a simple lemonade without sugar / fruits, like chestnuts, passionflower (children), pacay, figs, cucumber, grape.


C)  LUNCH:
Choose only one of them: Eat stew yucca or yucca sweet / Juices of carrot, celery, spinach or parsley / raw cabbage / pumpkin purée / Stock of hen with a lot of kion / Salad of avocado, celery and salt / 1 carrot plus 3 leaves of spinach and corn on the cob.
For constipated people, they are good tender hortalizes, cauliflowers and carrots.
Consume Vitamin A (carrot, pumpkin and peach), Vitamin E (soy, corn, broccoli and lettuce) and zinc (corn on the cob, tomato and mushroom) / oil olive.


D)  DINNER
- Boiled yucca or yucca sweet / Apple compote / 1 carrot plus 1 quince plus 1 apple.


E)  BETWEEN FOODS
Eat raw pea without transparent skin (6 grains) / take ½ glass of parsley juice / take 1 glass of water (signals of acidity) / boil kion, ginger and take as water of time / Do the diet of black mustard, take 1 grain the first day, two the second day and so on until reaching the 20 days, then goes down to 1 grain the last day / take water of linseed / take 2 – 3 spoonfuls of juice of cabbage.


F)  BEFORE GO TO BED
Take ASTOMACAL: Boil the Asteracea’s Flour, a little spoon in a cup of water and sleep. Its antibacterian characteristic will allow that the bacterium Helicobacter pylorus and heal the injuries. You have to lie down by the left side.


G)  BATHS
Put yourself in the stomach zone a cataplasm of mud or an ice bag.


H) AVOID
-    Seasoned foods, alcoholic drinks, red meats, sausages, smoky meats, canned fish, cakes, dry fruits, very fibrous fruits, margarine, fried eggs, greasy cheese, dry beans, chickpea, shellfish, blue fish, cauliflower, broad beans, broccoli, coffee, tea and chocolate.
-    Aspirin, bicarbonate, smoking.
